Commonwealth Countries
There are 53 countries of the Commonwealth, of which 46 are currently Commonwealth Foundation members.
Membership of the Foundation is voluntary, and is open to all Commonwealth governments.
Associated states or overseas territories of member governments of the Foundation can apply for associate membership.

Please note that, unless stated otherwise, citizens of countries which are not members of the Commonwealth Foundation are not eligible for support from the Foundation or participation in Foundation activities.
