'Putting Culture First' activities
Between March and November 2008, the Foundation is carrying out a number of activities as part of the research process. These include:
- A broad consultative process, collecting data through a questionnaire sent to hundreds of stakeholders and an invitation for written submissions.

- A series of consultations and focus groups across the Commonwealth on different aspects of culture, cultural policy and development.
