How to apply

APPLICATION DEADLINE 1 March 2009
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

All applicants must complete the application form. Applications made be made in a number of ways: 

Online applications
The application form may be filled in online and six digital images, CV/resume, brief description of artworks and a statement (in MS Word format) attached. 

Email or postal applications
The application form may be downloaded in PDF format and emailed to e.dcosta@commonwealth.int together with six digital images (clearly labelled), CV/resume, brief description of artworks and statement.

The application may be posted to the Project Manager, Commonwealth Connections, at the address below together with six photographs (clearly labelled) or a CD-Rom containing six digital images or video (for performance and video art applications only), CV/resume, brief description of artworks and statement.

A form can be requested by post from:

A form can be requested by email from: e.dcosta@commonwealth.int.
Should you wish the form to be posted to you, please include your full postal address.

Non-digital photographs may be mailed to the Commonwealth Foundation to accompany your digital application. Make sure that each photograph is clearly labelled with your name, address, name of artwork, medium and size.
If you would like your photographs returned, please include a self-addressed envelope if you are applying from outside the UK, or a stamped addressed envelope if you are applying from the UK, at the time of making your application.

Slides will not be accepted. 

Winners will be notified by 30 June 2009.
