2007 Programme & Delegates' Arrangements
The following information has been prepared to assist delegates with planning for the CPF.
Accreditation Passes
Collection of accreditation passes which allow delegates access to the CPF venue can be collected from the accreditation desk at Hotel Africana at the following times:
Saturday 17 November, 0900 – 1800
Sunday 18 November, 0900 – 2200
Monday 19 November, 0700 – 1800
Tuesday 20 November, 0800 – 1500
With over 1300 delegates registered to attend the CPF, you are encouraged to avoid the queue and collect your passes as early as possible. Please note that passes can only be collected by the person it has been issued to.
Upon collection of your accreditation pass, you will be given a CPF delegates bag.
Getting to the CPF
Complimentary shuttle transport to the CPF is being provided by the CHOGM Secretariat for delegates staying at official CHOGM hotels. For a list of official CHOGM hotels, please refer to www.chogm2007.ug
Non-CHOGM venues will not be covered by the shuttle service.
Expenses incurred with travelling to and attending the CPF are the responsibility of the delegate unless otherwise advised.
International Delegates
CPF volunteers will be stationed in the public arrivals hall of the airport and are there to assist if you need their help. Volunteers will be at the airport to greet all scheduled arrivals into Entebbe from November 15 – day and night!
Complimentary shuttle transport is being provided by the CHOGM Secretariat for delegates between the airport and official CHOGM hotels. If you are not staying at an official CHOGM hotel, CPF volunteers can assist with coordinating transport to Kampala for you.

Car Parking
Car parking at the Hotel Africana is limited and only accessible to persons displaying an official parking sticker. Delegates are strongly encouraged not to drive to the CPF where possible to avoid parking problems.
Registration Fee
Delegates who have not yet paid their CPF registration fee can do so at the Hotel Africana from Saturday 17 November.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

All delegates are invited to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception. Delegates are advised not to bring cell phones or cameras to the Opening Ceremony.

Delegates will be able to register for a Learning Journey at the CPF Help Desk from Monday 19 November on a first come, first served basis.
InterAction Workshop
Delegates who registered for the InterAction workshop will be contacted directly by the workshop organiser.
The People's Space
Delegates wishing to participate in the People's Space do not need to be registered, nor is there any fee involved.

A wonderful team of volunteers have been recruited to assist with the CPF. They will be recognisable by their matching scarves and lovely smiles. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance at the CPF Help Desk located in the foyer of Hotel Africana throughout the CPF should you require it.
