3. Present evidence of funds for maintenance of self while in Uganda.
4. Delegates requiring a Visa may obtain clearance from Ugandan Missions and Embassies abroad or on arrival at authorised Entry Point.
Delegates who intend to apply for Visas through Ugandan Missions and Embassies should take note of the following:
Officials at Ugandan Missions and Embassies do not usually interface with applicants. Decisions are based on the information on the application forms. Therefore applicants should provide complete and correct information. Clarity should be provided for intended dates of travel, particulars of accommodation and other required information. Applicants should apply in good time to avoid any delays in processing of their Visas.
Current Visa fees:
Single entry US$50
Multiple entry 6 months US$100
These are standard Visas whether obtained from a Mission or Embassy abroad or an Entry Point to Uganda. At present, multiple entry Visas are only available from the Immigration Headquarters in Kampala. Note that only US dollars are accepted for Visa payments at Entebbe airport. There are no electronic payment facilities.
